Summary: As the Director of IT, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of our client's information technology solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring seamless integration of technology with business processes, with a primary focus on the ongoing NetSuite ERP Implementation. This position requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in ERP management and a commitment to driving innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to exceed service delivery expectations.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Oversee active NetSuite ERP Implementation and related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Drive program management, including vendor management and budget oversight, while prioritizing and monitoring initiative status.

Business Integration and Optimization:

• Collaborate with staff to understand business needs, identify vulnerabilities, and optimize productivity and efficiency through innovative technology solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the Application Portfolio and Technology Services, ensuring value addition and risk management.

Infrastructure Management and Security:

• Establish and uphold standards for IT infrastructure efficiency, security, and efficacy.
• Work with 3rd party IT services vendor and oversee system and network security, facilitating audits or investigations as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing an Information Systems department.
• Comprehensive understanding of Information Systems and ERP implementations.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and third-party vendors.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Clean DMV record required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with POS systems
• Familiarity with agricultural and retail industries.
• Proficiency in analytical reporting tools.
